AIO Fitness is in development. There is one person reading this mailbox, so a plain description of what happened is worth more than a screenshot of an error code.
Getting help
Email contact@aio.fitness. Say what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. If it is about a specific day's records, the date helps.
Reporting a crash
If the app stopped working, open Settings → Problem reports. Keys, tokens and email addresses are stripped out before you can share one, so a report is safe to send. Attaching it tells us far more than a description can.
Privacy and data requests
Email contact@aio.fitness from the address on the account. Deleting your account is faster and needs no correspondence - see Delete your account.
Health and medical questions
These cannot be answered here. AIO is a fitness and record-keeping tool, not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
