Privacy Notice
This is the same notice shown inside the app under Settings → Privacy and health data. It describes what AIO Fitness actually does, not what it intends to do. AIO Fitness is operated by Giovanis J Salazar Batista.
Optional usage analytics
If you allow analytics, PostHog receives feature-use events, broad screen names, app/device software information and a random guest ID or your account ID. Website analytics use a separate random browser ID. AIO excludes record contents, measurements, medications, chat text, names, emails and API keys. No session recordings are enabled. App events can wait on your device while offline. Turning analytics off stops new collection and clears unsent app events; it does not delete events already received by PostHog. Contact support to request deletion of earlier analytics.
Crashes
When AIO stops working, the error message and the code path that failed are written down on this phone only, under Settings → Problem reports. You can read them, send them to us yourself, or delete them. Keys, tokens, email addresses and your computer account name are removed from a report before you can share it. If analytics are on, PostHog is additionally told that a crash happened and whether it ended the app - never the message, the error or the code path.
Subscriptions and advertising
RevenueCat and your app store process purchases and subscription status using your AIO billing identifier. AIO does not send your health records to RevenueCat. When enabled, free accounts may see AdMob banners outside active workouts. Google may process device, network and ad-interaction information. AIO requests non-personalized ads and never supplies health logs, coach conversations or profile measurements for ad targeting. Pro removes ads. Local use and cloud sync
You can log data without an account or internet connection. Signing in enables cloud synchronization through Supabase and PowerSync when online. Bloodwork, vitals, older injection history, coach conversations, saved plans and recovery check-ins are saved locally and queued for account sync. API keys, provider settings and sharing permissions stay on this device. Online AI providers require a connection.
Health permissions
With your permission, AIO reads steps, active energy, walking/running distance and body weight from Apple Health or Health Connect to populate activity and body history. Imported readings become AIO records and can sync to your account. Write-back is optional and off by default; enabling it requests permission to save workouts and weight.
Your controls
Disconnect in Settings to stop health imports and writes. Disconnecting does not delete imported readings or revoke OS permissions. Manage access in Apple Health → profile → Apps, or Health Connect → App permissions → AIO. Manual logging remains available.
AI coach sharing
The coach sends logs only after you enable sharing and request coaching. Requests may include your question, conversation history, profile measurements, training, nutrition, medication, bloodwork, vitals and recovery summaries. BYOK sends requests to the provider or endpoint you choose. The included coach sends them through Supabase to Anthropic. Processing and retention depend on the provider and account terms. Turn sharing off in Coach settings to stop future requests; this does not erase earlier provider records.
Device security
API keys use the device secure store when available; otherwise they remain in memory for the app session. AIO does not claim that its entire local database is encrypted. Protect your device with its lock and security settings.
Deletion and copies
Settings → Delete account removes your cloud account and its synced records, then clears AIO data and your saved coach key on this phone. Copies on another offline device, exported files, health-app records and information already sent to providers require separate deletion. Backend backup retention also depends on the hosting configuration.
Health information
AIO is a fitness and personal record-keeping tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions. Reference ranges and AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions and prescribed medication schedules.
