Delete your account
You can erase your account and everything synced to it. You do not need to ask permission, and you do not need to explain why.
If you still have the app
Open Settings → Delete account. This deletes your cloud account and its synced records, then clears AIO data and your saved coach key from that phone. It takes effect immediately; there is nothing to wait for and nothing to email.
If you have already uninstalled it
Email contact@aio.fitness from the address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". You will be asked to confirm from that same address before anything is erased, because an email alone does not prove who is asking.
What deletion does not reach
Exported files you saved yourself, records already written to Apple Health or Health Connect, data on another device that has not been online since, and information already sent to an AI provider under your own API key. Each of those has to be deleted where it lives. A subscription is billed by your app store and is cancelled there, not here.
