Changes from the original: nutrients converted to one set of keys and units per 100 g, barcodes normalised
to GTIN-13/14, a calories-vs-macros quality flag added, and names in other languages merged from other
sources for the same barcode (merged_translations). When exported from the serving copy (--db .../foods_serve,
what the app searches): rows marked as not food or with impossible nutrition panels removed, names written
in capitals only put in title case, and a sugar or saturated-fat value larger than its total set to unknown.
